No. For safety, comfort, and to maintain a relaxing environment, guests are not permitted during appointments.

Clients are given a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be canceled. This is to respect scheduled clients and appointment times.

Clients have 48 hours after their appointment to contact me with any concerns. I am happy to fix any issues within that time frame. Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
